This Agreement and the relationship between the Searcher and SearchandDevelop.com shall be governed by the substantive laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to any conflict of law provisions of any jurisdiction. All parties hereto agree to submit to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction in the Provincial and Federal Courts in the Province of Ontario in connection with any matter arising out of this website.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will the owner be liable for and incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss pf programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, or any information, or transactions provided on the service, or downloaded from the service, or any delay of such Information or service. Use of this web site and SearchandDevelop.com's services assumes complete agreement with the above terms and conditions as well as the individual contracts of Searchers, Developers and Affiliates of SearchandDevelop.com and SearchandDevelop.com inc. |
