Limitations Regarding Confidential Information During the term of this Agreement and at all times thereafter, a receiving party shall not disclose to any third party nor use for any purpose, other than for the performance of this Agreement, any Confidential Information of a disclosing party without the express prior written consent of the disclosing party. SearchandDevelop.com shall cause all of its employees, agents, Affiliates, Developers and contractors who have access to the Confidential Information of the disclosing party to maintain the confidentiality thereof.
